  • Preferred 3 years of construction administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven office management, administrative experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Adobe and Microsoft Project, ability to proficiently operate multiple software technologies and quickly learn new software.
  • Professional and accurate correspondence skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
  • Excellent reading and language comprehension.
  • Ability to work in high pressure situations, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
